Research & Development is of central importance to all our activities at Strucdor. It gives us a sound background to learn new issues. It keeps us capable of responding to emerging challenges both in the local and global scale. Our research makes us able to propose creative solutions for our changing cities, develop responsible architectural and civil engineering concepts and urban strategies that answer ecological, social and cultural demands.
Taking advantage of technological advancements makes us capable of developing innovative solutions for architectural & civil engineering, with aim of developing new approaches to the heritage and work on creative re-use of buildings. In our research projects we work with multidisciplinary global teams and actively collaborate with research agendas of such organisations and institutions.
The field of Architecture, Engineering and Construction adopts theories and principles of an old century methods, so is the usage of cement! There is little change that happened in the modern construction techniques and its dynamics of practices in over the past few decades.

8. New building materials using wastes and by-products.
9. High strength concretes which can be produced economically resulting in lesser usage of aggregates and reinforced steel.
